Our Youth,Our Families, Our Legacy.

In 2004, five nonprofits joined forces to create a new collaborative fundraising model called Community Gems. This unique event lowered overhead and raised money more strategically while providing sponsors with an opportunity to maximize their charitable dollars by issuing one check in support of six great organizations — with 100% of sponsorship funds going directly to the nonprofits and the families they serve.

Since the first event in 2004, Community Gems has raised more than $1 million to fund critical services for children and families in the Greater Boston area. We rely on the support of individual donors and community partners to help us reach our goals.

Celebrating Community Gems brings together corporate sponsors and families from the communities we serve for an unforgettable evening of celebration. More than 800 partygoers are treated to diverse food stations, live entertainment, children's activities and gift bags.
